Our Chef Supreme Oval Roaster is perfect for mains and side dishes. The tight sealing lid allows you to cook anything from a whole chicken to eisbein to lamb shanks, the slow roasting possibilities are endless. The multi lid is finished with a ribbed surface on the inside which you can use as a griller over warm coals. The complete Roaster is heavy duty, very robust and can be used over warm coals, on your stove top or in the oven. The roaster is dishwasher safe making it easy to clean.
