Return Eligibility

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

Return Timeframe

  • Damaged Items: Returns for damaged items must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of purchase.
  • Defective Items: Returns for defective items must be initiated within 6 months from the date of purchase, as per the CPA.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
  • Non-Approval: If not approved, we will notify you with reasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Best Duty covers return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or Personalised Products: Items that have been engraved or customised.
  • Used Items: Items that have been used, unless they are defective.
